California Dream Act Application lets students apply for state financial aid to attend
eligible California colleges, universities, or career education programs. It is not
connected to the federal DACA program. Apply by March 2 for the upcoming school year.

DACA Recipients Now Eligible for Covered California.In the event of a possible Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) sighting on or near campus, it is imperative that all employees immediately notify District Police and the Vice President of Student Services (VPSS).
Do not attempt to independently verify ICE presence. Any scanning or review of campus spaces to confirm ICE activity must be conducted in coordination with designated campus personnel and/or Campus Police.
If you need assistance immediately, contact District Police at (408) 299-3233. Employees must never share student information with outside parties. All requests for student information should be directed to the Office of the Chancellor, West Valley-Mission Community College District.Mission College provides training for campus staff, faculty, and administrators on how to be an ally for undocumented students. These sessions cover legal rights, available resources, and best practices for fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. By equipping our employees with the right knowledge, we aim to ensure that undocumented students feel safe, welcomed, and empowered to succeed.
