With over eight years of experience in planning and implementing college-wide processes, performing ongoing reviews and assessments, maintaining web and SharePoint sites, and facilitating clear and effective communication among all stakeholders, Kristal has acquired and applied skills in data management and analysis, ERP systems, and strategic collaboration to support the Office of Administrative Services and the college's mission and vision.
In addition to her administrative role, she is also the elected President of the Mission College Classified Senate, representing and advocating for over 100 staff employees in the shared governance structure.
Kristal also serves on the Board of Directors for the California Community Colleges Classified Senates (4CS), the non-profit organization representing Classified Professionals statewide.
