Silicon Valley Technical Apprenticeship Pathway

ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

The ever-changing IT industry continues to present businesses with challenges around workers that have the right skill set for the emerging standards in Information & Communications Technologies (ICT). The Silicon Valley Career Apprenticeship Pathway (SVCAP) is looking to take these challenges head-on by preparing the next generation of employees. Funded by the Department of Labor under the American Apprenticeship Initiative, our goal is to ensure every apprentice or intern becomes an integral part of the employers workforce. Through our local community college, competency-based learning is applied through classroom training and on-the-job experience. Ultimately, each student will obtain industry-recognized certification.
