Financial Aid Refund/Disbursement Dates and Deadlines
To guarantee that financial assistance funds are disbursed on schedule, students are encouraged to submit their financial aid applications by March 2 of each year. The school will review your application and, if additional information is needed to complete your file, it will be available for submission through your Mission Portal. You can use the dates and deadlines listed below to aid in your financial aid preparation.
The West Valley Mission District has partnered with BankMobile to deliver your financial aid refund.
To receive your financial aid award disbursement, you must make your refund selection with BankMobile:
- Sign in to the My Mission Portal using your campus email address
- Select the Finances and Parking tab: Click on Refund Selection
- Follow the instructions provided by BankMobile
- View our institution's contract with BankMobile, a Division of Customers Bank.

Calendar of Disbursement Dates
Funds will be disbursed/credited to the student account after all required documentation has been satisfied by the student and the file has been reviewed and completed.
Disbursement: The procedure by which the institution sends the financial aid funds to the student.
*Dates subject to change without notification. Please allow 3-5 business days for reciept
of funds form disbursment date shown below. The bankmobile refund choice method determines
when you will receive your money.
*Payments will be disbursed every two weeks for newly completed files. Late start course are not included in unit count.
*Amount disbursed is based on eligibility and unit requirement based on EFC eligibility.
