The other day I was scrapping my way through one of the many caves near Mission College. Baybra from Myanmar was with us. She started playing her flute. The sounds echoed and echoed through the cave long after she stopped playing. I thought about how educating a young person is a lot like that. Years after she has left Mission College, the money her sponsor gave her will still be impacting and improving Baybra's life and the life of her family and the life of her church in Myanmar. She plans on being a youth worker in her country. Every young person she touches with her life owes a debt of gratitude to those who helped her mature as an effective youth worker. That only happens if someone sponsors her.
