14 Reasons Why You Should Attend Mission College!
  1. We take pride in our outstanding "customer service." We have a team of experienced advisors and counselors, who are ready to help you with every question. We are the "right sized" college for you!
  2. You will enjoy California's 2+2 Program. This means that you complete your first two years of college at Mission College and the last two years at a university.
  3. Your tuition and fees at Mission College will be thousands of dollars less than if you attend a university first.
  4. We offer you many of the "hot" majors: computers, engineering, business, hospitality management, etc.
  5. You can transition from the intensive English program to the degree program through our no-TOEFL admission offer.
  6. You can be accepted to both the degree and intensive English programs at the same time, so your visa application process is easier.
  7. Mission College's classes transfer to the California State Universities, Universities of California, and many private universities. Our local transfer universities include: San Jose State University, San Francisco State University, California State University— East Bay, Santa Clara University (private), UC Davis, UC Merced, etc.
  8. Your university transfer is easy because you have academic counselors who make sure that you take all of the right classes.
  9. Mission College is smaller than a university, so you can easily make friends and get to know your instructors well.
  10. Our instructors are highly rated, and many also work at universities and in industry.
  11. We have a full-time, one-stop International Student Center that is open five days a week from 9:00-4:00 (3:00 on Fridays). You do not have to go from office to office to get help.
