Marsha  Chan

Faculty Emeritus, ESL

Marsha Chan began teaching at Mission College in January 1983 as an associate faculty member, and was hired as a full-time faculty member in January 1986. She is passionate about guiding learners in developing their language skills. While teaching any of the courses in the ESL curriculum, (listening and speaking, grammar and writing, reading and vocabulary, pronunciation, and ESL for child care), she takes great pleasure in enhancing learning activities with current technology. She has won numerous awards for excellence in teaching and presenting in teacher training contexts. She retired from full-time duties at Mission College in May 2015. She remains active in educational publishing, presentation, and instruction.
